You look like a diva! What a star! Wow, your dress is amazing! You look stunning! These are the reactions to the dress I wore on a quite a few occasions this year. A beatiful maxi, sequin dress in champagne colour was a great choice and I am so happy I found it!
Ever since I found out we had 2 weddings coming up this year I really wanted to wear a golden, mermaid, maxi dress. I even purchased a golden fabric, thinking I would get the dress tailor-made for me, in case I couldn't find any. The only problem was, it would have to be made in Poland (for the price tag reasons) and I didn't spend there enough time throughout the year to make it possible, so the only alternative was to find a ready to wear dress.
I spent a lot of time searching online and I have seen many beatiful dresses but this one was just what I wanted - I found it at Goddiva online store. I've seen this dress on Amazon as well, for a way more affordable price, but still decided to go for an original. I ordered it in size 10 (EUR size 38) using the measurement guidelines provided on the website, even though I usually wear size 8 (EUR size 36) and it fitted just like a glove. As a short person I always need to trim maxi dresses so did that and below you can see the results.
I couldn't be happier with my choice, the dress is fully lined so the sequin fabric is not uncomfortable, it is just a little bit warmer than I would wish. Also, since the dress has an open back it is best to stock up with backless / self adhesive bra (and of course test it before) so nothing can distract from it's beauty and voila! You can be sure you will look and feel like Milion Dollars with all this sparkling sequins and sexy shape.
Let me know what you think of this dress in the comments below. Would you wear it for a special occasion or you rather opt for more subdued dresses?
